    Whether it’s dry or wet and productive, coughing can be annoying and tiring. Sometimes a cough can be a sign of bronchitis, croup, upper respiratory infection or pneumonia.     Ear Infections & Earaches$79-$119

    Ear infections are caused by a viral or bacterial inflammation of the middle ear. They’re common in children between 6 months and 3 years but can happen at any age. We can assess your symptoms and our practitioners can help get you or your child the appropriate treatment.

    Also known as the flu, influenza affects the nose, throat and lungs and is caused by a virus. You can spread the flu simply by coughing or sneezing. Since the flu and a cold may share the same symptoms, our practitioners can help get you on an appropriate treatment plan.

    Gout is a common type of arthritis caused by having too much uric acid in the blood. Symptoms include pain, hot, swollen or stiff joints. It typically starts in the big toe, but can also be in other parts of the foot or other joints. If you have previously been diagnosed with gout and are having symptoms, we can help by providing a treatment plan to get you back on your feet.

    Indigestion is a term that describes discomfort or burning in the stomach or throat. It is also referred to as heartburn. Symptoms can include a burning pain, cough and a feeling of fullness soon after eating. Symptoms may be experienced occasionally or daily. We can provide you with a treatment plan based on your history and symptoms. H Pylorie is a type of bacteria that can lead to infection and problems in the stomach and intestines such as ulcers, and can also be a risk factor for gastric cancer. We can test for this and provide treatment.

    HIV pre- or post-exposure treatment$79-$119

    The human immunodeficiency virus, also known as HIV, that can lead to serious complications if left untreated. Our HIV prophylaxis service consists of 2 different treatment plans to give you the flexibility you need to protect yourself. The first, HIV PrEP (also called Prep), is a pre-exposure prophylaxis for patients who are at a substantial risk of exposure to HIV. The second, HIV nPEP, is a post-exposure prophylaxis for patients who have been exposed to HIV in the past 72 hours.

    Mono treatment$79-$119

    Mononucleosis, or mono, is a viral illness that can spread easily to others and is most common in young adults. Symptoms can mimic a common cold and include sore throat, swollen glands, weakness and fatigue. If you suspect that you or your child has mono, getting an accurate diagnosis quickly is very important.

    There are a number of often-visible conditions that may cause discomfort in speaking, eating and drinking. If you have sores in your mouth, on your gums or tongue, pain in your mouth, white or yellow patches in your mouth or on your tongue or a dry mouth or funny taste in your mouth, we can help. These can be signs of oral thrush, also called candidiasis, hairy tongue, hand/foot and mouth disease or dry mouth syndrome. We can evaluate your symptoms and provide a treatment plan which may include over-the-counter or prescription medicines, if needed.

    Tooth and mouth pain can be annoying and distracting. Often the root of the problem is tooth decay, injury or infection that needs care from a dentist. We can evaluate your symptoms and give you non-narcotic medicine for the pain. If needed, we will give you an appropriate antibiotic. While we do not treat the underlying causes, we can help to ease the pain and/or infection until you can get in to see your dentist. If you don’t have a dentist, we can help to connect you to one.

    Nausea, vomiting & diarrhea$79-$119

    There are many possible causes for nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. Common causes are viral infections, bacterial infections (food poisoning) or food allergies. We can assess your symptoms and provide a treatment plan, including how to prevent dehydration.

    Pink eye & styes$79-$119

    Pink eye, also called conjunctivitis, and styes are infections of the eye. Viral and bacterial eye infections are contagious, spread very easily and sometimes occur with other illnesses such as an ear infection, sinus infection or strep throat. We can examine your eyes, conduct any needed testing and provide the right treatment plan.

    Sinus infections & congestion$79-$119

    Headache, nasal congestion, facial pressure, fatigue&symptoms that can make you miserable! If you’ve had them awhile you might have a sinus infection. Whether caused by a cold or allergies, getting a proper diagnosis and treatment plan can help ease symptoms and help you feel better much faster.

    Sore & strep throats$79-$119

    The most common cause of a sore throat is a viral infection, such as a cold. Allergies, postnasal drip and cigarette smoke can also make your throat hurt. So while most sore throats are caused by viruses, strep throat is caused by bacteria called group A streptococcus or group A strep. Group A strep live in the nose and throat and can be easily spread to others. If an infected person coughs or sneezes, the bacteria travel in tiny droplets of water known as respiratory droplets. You can get sick if you breathe in those droplets or if you touch something that has the droplets on it then, in turn, touch your mouth or nose. You could also become ill if you drink from the same glass or eat from the same plate as a sick person. Strep is contagious and requires antibiotic treatment. We can perform a group A strep test and get you feeling better.

    A Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) is an infection passed from one person to another person through sexual contact. STDs are serious illnesses that require treatment. Symptoms of an STD can include bumps or sores on mouth or genitals, rashes, painful urination or painful intercourse. Sometimes there are no symptoms at all. Our providers can review the results of urine or blood tests that are ordered and collected by an outside lab to determine if you have an STD, and provide a treatment recommendation, which may include a prescription. It is important to seek treatment as soon as possible to avoid further spread of the infection.

    A sexually transmitted disease (STD) is an infection passed from one person to another person through sexual contact. Some of these infections can be treated with antibiotics prescribed by a health care provider. If a partner was recently diagnosed with an STD, it is important to seek treatment as soon as possible to avoid further spread of the infection.

    Urinary tract & bladder infections$79-$119

    Urinary tract infections are often caused by bacteria in the bladder. When the bladder is inflamed, you may feel burning or pain and it can feel like you need to go to the bathroom more often than usual. The infection is usually not serious but can become so if not taken care of quickly. We can assess your symptoms, diagnose and treat your condition promptly.

    Zika$79-$119

    Zika virus is spread when a person is bitten by an infected mosquito. It can also spread:

    • By having sex with a person who has been infected by Zika or traveled to an area where Zika is active
    • From a pregnant woman to her unborn child
    • Through blood transfusion (likely but not confirmed)

    Most people don’t know if they have been infected because they don’t actually feel sick. Symptoms usually start 3 to 7 days after being infected. They can last from a few days to a week. The most common symptoms include fever, rash, joint pain, red eyes (conjunctivitis), muscle pain, headache and vomiting. There is no vaccine to protect against Zika. The best defense is to protect yourself and your family from getting mosquito bites. If you think you may have been exposed to Zika or if you have symptoms, we can assess you, treat your symptoms and refer you for testing, if needed.

    Bug Bites & Stings$79-$119

    Bee, wasp and hornet stings, spider bites, jelly fish stings – ouch! Our practitioners can help when you have a painful bite. Reactions can range from mild to severe and multiple stings can be serious, especially in children. We can provide a proper assessment, clean the site of the sting to prevent infection and recommend the proper treatment plan to deal with itching and swelling.

    Minor Burns$79-$119

    A minor burn affects the outer layer of the skin and can be red, swollen and painful. Hot liquids, fire, chemicals and even the sun can cause a minor burn. We can assess your burn and recommend the proper pain reliever or cream. We can also prescribe antibiotics if the burn is infected and provide a tetanus shot if needed.*

    Cuts and scrapes happen! And when they do, it’s important to ensure that they are cleaned properly and don’t become infected. We can assess and prescribe proper medication if needed.

    You might not think to call a practitioner for a splinter but it can become infected if not treated properly. If you see signs of redness, swelling or pus, or if you can’t remove the splinter completely, we can help. Our practitioners can clean it properly and determine if a tetanus booster is needed.

    Sprains, strains and joint pain are very common. A sprain is a stretching or tearing of ligaments. A strain is usually referred to as a “pulled muscle.” Back pain is one of the most common types of muscle strain. Joint pain is often caused by an injury to the tissue which connects bones.     When you’re hiking, camping or spending time outside you increase your risk of being bitten by a tick. It is important to remove a tick quickly and completely. You also may need a tetanus shot. We can examine your bite, make sure the tick is removed safely and, if needed, prescribe medication to protect against infection or Lyme disease.*

    Diabetes is a disease where the body doesn’t make insulin or can’t properly use the insulin it does make. When you don’t have insulin or you are not using it efficiently, your body can’t use the glucose or sugar it has for energy. The sugar that builds up damages organs in the body.     Hepatitis C screening Test$39–$49*

    Spread through blood or body fluid, Hepatitis C is a serious disease caused by a virus that attacks and causes liver inflammation. Most of the time, there are no symptoms. Even when there are, few people may notice yellow in the eyes and skin, stomach pain, loss of appetite, nausea and fatigue. This is why testing for Hepatitis C is important.     Chicken pox is an itchy rash that causes blisters all over the body and flu-like symptoms.     Mouth sores are uncomfortable, painful and often very visible. Stress, injury or even certain foods can cause canker sores.     Impetigo is one of the most common skin conditions in children, although adults can also get it. It’s caused by bacteria, with red sores usually on the mouth, nose, hands or diaper area.     Your child gets home from school with lice – oh no! Lice spread easily from person to person through contact or through sharing items such as hats and hairbrushes.     Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that causes thick, red scaly patches on your skin. Although psoriasis patches can appear anywhere on your body, they typically appear on elbows, knees, face, hands, feet, nails or scalp. There are five different types of psoriasis. The most common are plaque and guttate psoriasis. Other types are inverse, pustular and erythrodermic. There is no cure for psoriasis. Treatments may provide relief of your symptoms.     Rosacea usually develops any time after age 30, and the symptoms come and go. It can be found on your face and in some cases neck, ears, scalp or chest. If rosacea is left untreated, it can lead to swollen bumps, pimples or acne, or an enlarged nose. Rosacea can be triggered by alcohol, hot or spicy food, emotional stress and heat.     Usually caused by swimming in ponds and lakes, swimmer’s itch is a rash from an allergic reaction to the larvae of certain parasites. It is important not to scratch, which can lead to infection. We can help recommend the right medicines to alleviate symptoms and control itching.

    Shingles $00–$159

    Shingles is a painful rash, often with blisters. Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox; if you’ve had chickenpox, you can get shingles. Shingles is more common in adults over 50 years of age, and people with weakened immune systems. The shingles vaccine is recommended in adults 50 years of age and older.

    Td (tetanus, diptheria)$00–$55

    The Td vaccine protects against two bacterial illnesses: tetanus and diphtheria. It is recommended for 7-10 year olds who haven’t completed the DTaP primary series. All adults should get a booster dose of Td every 10 years.

    Tdap (tetanus, diptheria, pertussis)$00–$75

    The tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis vaccine (Tdap) prevents 3 diseases- tetanus (or lockjaw), diphtheria (a respiratory infection), and pertussis (whooping cough). Tdap should be given once to around the age of 11 or 12 years, or to older individuals who have never received Tdap. Pregnant women should receive a Tdap dose during every pregnancy to protect their baby from whooping cough.

    Many professional drivers are required to get physicals on a regular basis. Our certified practitioners make it easy for commercial drivers to fulfill Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements.

    Ear wax removal$69–$79

    Ear wax protects the ear from damage and infections. But when it builds up too much, it can cause pain, dizziness or problems hearing clearly. Ear wax blockages are common, especially for people who use cotton swabs or hearing aids. Our practitioners can assess your ear and use safe methods to remove excess wax.

    If you have a history of anaphylaxis and a prior prescription for an epinephrine auto injector, we can provide a refill to ensure you’re prepared and protected.

    Birth control care$39–$49

    Birth control counseling is an important part of women’s health. If you want to start or change your birth control, our practitioners can help you understand the options that may be right for you. Birth control options available include pills, condoms, injections, vaginal rings and patches.
    When medically appropriate, our practitioners can write a prescription for the birth control method that is right for you. If you decide on the injectable method, our practitioners can get you started on this method during your visit. If you choose an IUD, implant or tubal ligation, we will refer you to your primary care provider or OB/GYN.

    Birth Control Injection$89*

    Birth control injections are up to 99% effective when given on schedule. We make it easy to manage, with practitioners who can administer the injection 7 days a week. Just stop in with your prescription or vial when it’s convenient for you.

    HPV (human papillomavirus)$220 ea

    Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is given as a series of 3 injections over 6 months. It helps protect patients under age 26 against cervical, vulvar, vaginal and anal cancers caused by 9 types of the human papillomavirus (HPV). This vaccination also helps to protect against genital warts.

    Urinary tract & bladder infections$69–$109

    Urinary tract infections are often caused by bacteria in the bladder. When the bladder is inflamed, you may feel burning or pain and it can feel like you need to go to the bathroom more often than usual. The infection is usually not serious but can become so if not taken care of quickly. We can assess your symptoms, diagnose and treat your condition promptly.

    Yeast Infections$69–$109

    Vaginal yeast infections are very common. The infection is caused by an organism called Candida albicans. It may be more common in women who are pregnant, taking antibiotics, on hormonal contraception or have diabetes. Yeast infections are usually not serious, but can cause great discomfort, such as itchiness, pain, unpleasant discharge and odor. We can assess your symptoms, diagnose your condition and treat it promptly.
